Volunteers will assist Poiema staff in setting up decor before the event. 

This is a fundraising dinner and to help cover costs, we are offering a discounted ticket cost of $30.00 to you in appreciation for volunteering to help with the event.

You will need to arrive at 3:00 pm.

Volunteers will be stationed at various entrances inside and outside of Hidden Creek to greet and welcome guests.

You will need to arrive at 5:00 pm for the Volunteer Huddle and Prayer.

Volunteers are responsible for operating our Poiema Info table before and immediately after the event. The table will be shut down from approximately 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. so you can attend the event.

You will need to arrive at 5:00 pm for the Volunteer Huddle and Prayer.

Volunteers will assist Poiema staff in tearing down decor and loading it in cars after the event. 

This is a fundraising dinner and to help cover costs, we are offering a discounted ticket cost of $30.00 to you in appreciation for volunteering to help with the event.

The event will be held at Hidden Creek located at 215 Chris Cuny Pkwy., Rockwall, TX 75087.

You will need to remain after the event is over to help with tear down.
